Books I'm Reading Now

Throwing the Elephant - Zen & the Art of Managing Up by Stanley Bing is a must read if you deal with Senior Management like I do on a day to day basis. It has really helped me to deal with & better understand the idiosyncrasies of executive management quirks & cautions.

But let me tell you that you'll either get this book or just not get this book. If you are at all into Buddhism or know anything about it, you'll get it. If you are a elephant you won't get it. If you don't know which camp you fall into - check it out for a chuckle nonetheless.
