bottle caps

yesterday i bid on and won 50 unused bottle caps on ebay. i also purchased some collage images (vintage halloween & vintage birds) on etsy to use in the bottle caps. i don't know what exactly started this, my latest obsession, with the bottle cap art, but i plan on making something with them. they are just cool looking. jewelry or art, i'm not sure what i'll end up with yet. regardless, it will be a fun process.

yesterday we went to home depot and got the shelving for my studio closet. now i just have to wait until marc has a few free moments to install them. i have a dry erase/magnetic board to put up in here also. can't wait until that's done. will i finally be organized? at least for a few minutes i will be!

i had to water the garden tonight. they've been calling for rain "tomorrow" each day for the last few days. i've waited to water, but can't wait any longer. i've got tomatoes, patty pans, cucumbers, swiss chard and more baby pumpkins coming. in about three weeks we get our new roof. lots to do in the meantime. i received my heater/bath fan/light a few days ago. i still need to order the solatube. i'll be so happy when that's all done.
