more snow?

we are expecting more snow tomorrow. enough already. today it was so beautiful outside.

i had to take bean (the cat) to get a haircut and bath at the groomer (my friend, diana). bean is such a good kitty. she hates it, don't get me wrong, but she doesn't put up any fuss. just lays there as she gets shaved down, washed and blow dried/brushed. she was so happy to get into her crate to go home. she's in her kitty condo right now, recuperating from the excitement.

my aunt bev called me tonight. i knew it couldn't be good news as she never calls me. my aunt edwina (her older sister) is in the hospital. she had fallen a few weeks ago (she had told me that when i called her a couple weeks ago). apparently she wasn't feeling any better, but much worse. i guess she broke some bones in her back. she is in a lot of pain. oh boy. she is 82. we are going out to visit my aunts in september. hopefully she'll get better - its terrible to be in pain. 

i ended up ordering photoshop elements 6 (for mac, of course) earlier this week. it should arrive the first week of april. i can't wait. there are no books out about it yet. they all come out about the same time. 

i found the coolest widget for my dashboard on my mac. its a disney vacation countdown! how cool is that? i put in a date for next year, as i don't know that we'll be going this year. maybe we can go next spring?
